The OTHER French Product We’ve Been Wanting To Try

One of our greatest finds was Acure’s Brightening Facial Scrub which just so happened to be made with French green clay. So it made us curious if we’d strike gold twice when we tried

Mudmasky’s Vitamin A Booster French Clay Mask. Made in France from

Grade-1 certified premium French clay, this mask gently draws out impurities, excess oil, and toxins from your pores - pretty standard stuff. But what sets it apart from other masks is its fast-drying nature - it takes less than a minute for this guy to dry on your face, making masking much easier to slip into your regular routine. You can chalk this up to its texture which feels like slip, that liquid clay used in ceramics. It’s also got bakuchiol, a retinol alternative, and it’s great for sensitive skin which oftentimes does not go hand-in-hand.

What you’ll also find in it is Centella Asiatica Extract to help promote collagen formation and improve elasticity, and Kakadu Plum for a more radiant complexion.

We liked that we didn’t feel over-dried after we washed it off, but we also definitely missed the thicker feel of more traditional masks. It’s definitely all subjective here as some people won’t mind a thinner consistency in their masks at all. But for $49 we also feel like you could get a mud mask at a much lower price point that does the same work.
