This Is The Fanciest Complexion Corrector We’ve Used Yet

Sometimes your skin can use a little bit of correcting, especially if you’re prone to scarring. We got our hands on Babor’s Ampoule Concentrates Perfect Glow curious to see what would happen to us over the course of 7 days (because this stuff is so fancy, they only give you 7 glass capsules that you then have to break in order to use them!). If that doesn’t feel fancy and somehow custom, it’ll at least feel slightly dangerous - beware of stray glass shards!

So how does it work? After you wash your face, apply the concentrate to your face and neck. This is a creamy, runny liquid that reminds us of a melted strawberry & cream milkshake (and kinda smells like you left it in a hot car). Babor claims that a “blend of Glow pigments and exopolysaccharides provides the glow effect. The exopolysaccharides help achieve a more even skin tone and give the skin a rosy, fresh glow.” We’re not exactly sure what a “Glow pigment” is, but there’s no doubt our skin looked glowy like J. Lo’s immediately after using it.

In addition, it has what’s they’re calling the Perfection Peptide which moisturizes the skin and helps make your complexion appear more even; when used regularly, it is also supposed to support skin regeneration and reduce wrinkles and fine lines. We can say did have that dolphin-like skin right after we put it on, but we can’t stay we say we had any dramatic reduction of spots or wrinkles for that matter.

90% of people using this confirmed that their skin appears smoother after 7 days but we’re just not sure that you can really say that about any product after just a week. In the end, it also didn’t smell great and seemed to over-promise - we’re gonna recommend you pass on this.
